The challenge
Residents had to visit the Panchayat office for routine services such as tax payments, licences and complaints, and had no way to track progress.
What we built
We built Citizen Connect, a native Android app with phone-number sign-in, online payments, application tracking and a grievance system, plus news and helplines from the local body.
