When you use our contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, email, phone number, organisation and message. We do not sell personal data.
3. Cookies and analytics
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. These tools set cookies and share usage data with their providers. If you decline, they do not load. To change your choice, clear this site’s data in your browser and reload the page.
4. How we use it
We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare demos and quotes, and keep a record of our conversation.
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months, or longer if you become a customer and the information is needed for the contract.
6. Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
7. Products
Data processed inside SmileHub and the systems we build for clients is governed by each customer agreement and the product’s own privacy notice.
