Platform for staff and volunteers
The challenge
Programme activity was reported on paper and in spreadsheets at four administrative levels. Managers waited weeks for consolidated numbers, and volunteer work was hard to verify.
What we built
We built RTMIS 2.0: a web platform with separate admin, dashboard and volunteer workspaces, case-based activity tracking, volunteer surveys and auto-generated programme annexures.
Key features
- Targets-vs-achievement and attendance dashboards
- Case-based activity tracking with an activity calendar
- Volunteer surveys and feedback forms
- Tracker file uploads with automatic compression
- Annexure reports generated from live data
- Public data pages and downloadable resources
